Candy & I went to check out Ed’s ‘The Seconds Pass‘ photo exhibit at the Roberts & Tilton Gallery in Culver City this past Saturday afternoon. It was a really subtle, yet a very expressive display of photographs; I found myself being sucked in pretty much immediately. If you’re in the area (or not, we drove an hour) and have time- I suggest stopping by to check it out…you’ll dig it.

I’ve been in this super gnarly rut lately and am having trouble trying to do pretty much everything. I’ve noticed these feelings and mental blocks come and go- but it is always the same exact feeling. I usually will drive around alone listening to music in my truck until I can find something to photograph; helping me to think a bit better. I ended up in this abandoned parking lot in the middle of nowhere yesterday. I looked down, and this is what I saw.. I’ve been spending so much time looking up lately- that I’ve completely forgotten to look down…
